Our Story
Memory Stay began with two people who were already doing the work and realized they were good at it. When Doug and Jared started hosting short-term rentals, they learned what makes a stay stand out: rapid replies, clear communication, and thoughtful touches. They also saw how many owners wanted rental income without giving up their evenings and weekends. So they built Memory Stay to be the co-host they’d want for their own homes.
Instead of a faceless management company, you get a hands-on partner: two owners who answer the phone themselves, keep everything transparent, and treat every property as if their own name were on the listing. The name says it all. Guests leave with memories worth coming back for, and owners get peace of mind that their home is in good hands.
